Thank you for your interest in using the facility of Holy Covenant MCC. We ask that all who use our building follow the policies and guidelines as outlined in the PDF document below available for download.

Please note: All weddings and Holy Unions must be pre-approved by the Pastor before this request can be authorized.

SECURITY DEPOSIT OF $250.00 must be received at the time of contract.

1. Check must be made out to Holy Covenant MCC

2. Deposit will be returned within 14-days of even, less any deductions for failure to comply with signed agreement or damage to the facility (Damages in excess of the Security Deposit will be billed to the holder of said Contract.


Fees are due 5 days prior to the contracted event.

Weddings/Holy Union include hours for rehearsal: evening and day of the event as indicated on the Facility Use Form.

Facility Use Fees:

$100 – Members and friends (suggested donation)

$200 – General public with no food – 4-hours usage

$250 – General public with refreshments – 4-hours usage

$300 – General public with food and refreshments – 4-hour usage

$25.00 per hour clean-up charge if the facility is not left as found. Will be deducted from security deposit.

Fees are negotiable at the discretion of the Board of Directors

The building will be considered reserved upon the receipt of the requested security deposit and a user agreement signed by all parties.
